The signing of this document fully entails the acceptance of all terms and conditions.
For any reservation, a minimum deposit of 50% will be collected on the amount of the service. The balance payment is due 15 days before the date of the service. If it is made by check or cash only on the day of delivery.
The down payment of the services is made either by bank transfer, cash or check if the payment is made more than 15 days before the date of service. In case of a dishonored check, the bank fees will be paid by the client. The balance must be paid 15 days before the event by check or if the payment is made in cash, you can directly pay the driver on the day of the service, when the vehicle arrives. A deposit is not necessary because it is a rental with a driver.
For contracts of six months or more, a mode of payment will be set up. For instance : direct debit or other, of a fixed amount. All additional off-contract services will be charged at the next payment.
Vehicles are rented for a defined service, therefore, except for an exception, we will not take any other path than the one we agreed on.
If the landlord can not provide the vehicle promised in the contract, the deposit will be refunded, unless both parties agree on the provision of another vehicle.
In case of an unavailability at the first appointment with the vehicle, the deposit will be refunded without recourse or compensation for the damage caused.
In case of a breakdown during the service, making the vehicle unavailable, the amount of the service will be calculated in proportion of the time spent, without recourse or compensation for the damage caused.
In case of severe weather causing the immobility of the vehicle (ice, snow, ...) the service can be postponed depending on our availabilities or refunded in full.
Our Lincoln stretch limousine or Hummer limousine have a capacity of 8 to 10 people. Please respect the number of seats available to avoid any dispute with the police.
Timetables, routes and floral decorations or any other options must be confirmed 72 hours max. before the scheduled date.
We are not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle..
During the rental of the vehicle, the driver's responsibility being engaged, it is advisable for him to
respect the highway code.
King Limousine has the right to use the photographs of the vehicles taken during the services for
commercial purposes.
The "Red Carpet" option paid or offered may, in case of bad weather conditions, be canceled by the director of King Limousine.

In case of a cancellation:
Any hour and / or additional kilometer are due in full, also valid for long periods contracts.
In case of cancellation of the service, the deposit will not be refunded, but may be converted into a credit for a future service depending on our availability.

Users’ behavior:
There is no smoking in our vehicles.
It is forbidden to eat in our vehicles.
The doors of the vehicles must be used gently (any missing glassware will be charged to the
client).
We ask you to not rely on the rear windows, any damage will be charged to the customer..
In case of the deterioration of the interior equipment (upholstery, carpets ...) or other damage to the vehicle, the damage will be charged to the customer.
For any damage caused to other vehicles (ex : during the accidental opening of the doors) the damage will be charged to the customer.
We ask you to please allow the driver to open and close the doors.
If the driver realizes that the customer commits an offense, for example, the use of drugs, he as strict instructions to immediately stop the current service. In this case, the service will not be refunded.
All exterior decorations on the vehicle, other than those originally specified in the contract are prohibited.
No animals will be accepted in our vehicles except in a cage or an airtight container for this purpose.
In case of a dispute in the interpretation or enforcement of these conditions, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the to the court in charge of King Limousine’s headquarters.
